W.O.D. – 3 sets: 5 squats, 5 Push-ups, 5 Sit-ups

KIDS
Warm-up – 2 Rounds: Shuttle run, 15 Jumping Jacks, 15 Sit-ups
Focus/Skill – Squat Stance & Hips & Planks
W.O.D. – 10 Minute AMRAP: 10 Squats, 10 Push-ups, 10 Sit-ups
