HELD FROM 3:30-4:30- there will be a private event going

on at that time.  Please bring your children from 4:30-5:30

Warm up – Sprints & Half Dome Balancing Drills

WOD – 3 Rounds: 5 Burpees, 5 Squats, 5 walking lunges

Focus/Skill – Ring Pull Ups & Squats

WOD – 9 min AMRAP: 10 Burpees, 10 Squats, 10 Walking lunges, 5 Wall Balls

Game – Dragon Tails

Top Dawgs

Warm Up:   3min AMRAP- 8 Ring Dips 16 KB Swings Rest 1min &  Repeat

Focus/Skill – Pull Ups & Snatch

WOD –  15 min AMRAP: 30 Overhead BB Lunges  10 Burpees
