Game – Musical Medicine Ball

Warm Up – 2 Rounds – Run 200m,  20 Air Squats & 10 Pull Ups

Focus/Skill – Back Sqaut 10×1

WOD – 12 minute AMRAP of:
25 KB Swings 24/16kg
10Box Jumps 20″
5 Bar Muscle-Ups / or Ring Dips
