Warm Up – 2 Rounds: 5 Kettlebell Swings 5 Box Jumps

WOD – 3 Min AMRAP: 5 Toes to Bar, 5 Jumping Jacks, 5 Squats

Game – Duck, Duck, Goose

Mighty Mites

Warm Up – 8 Min AMRAP: 5 Toes to Bar, 10 Jumping Jacks, 15 Squats

Game – Duck, Duck, Goose

Top Dawgs

Warm Up – Row 1000M
Focus/Skill – Snatch & Overhead Squats, then:
3 Rounds of 1 Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats
Rest 2-3 minutes between rounds
WOD – Three sets for max reps/cal of:
60 seconds of Toes to Bar
60 seconds of Dumbbell Ground to Overhead
60 seconds of Row for Calories
Rest 60 seconds between sets
